What a Good Plot Site Visit Should Look Like

Before writing a check, a physical site visit is non-negotiable. Brochures and videos can only tell half the story.

Key Things to Observe

• Access Roads: Are the roads leading to the layout wide and well-paved?
• Topography: Is the land level? Sloping or low-lying areas might require expensive filling and face waterlogging issues.
• Internal Amenities: Verify if the promised amenities (streetlights, drainage, parks, boundary walls) are actually present or actively under construction.
• Neighborhood: Assess the surrounding developments. Are there existing houses, schools, or hospitals nearby?

Always visit during the day, and if possible, once immediately after it rains to check for the area's drainage capability.
